I Umm Fallring in Lab with You
Just some possible mood music: Anson Hu – I Umm Fallring in Lab with You, oh Purrdy Gurrrrh
The snow is falling outside and there’s over a foot’s worth of snow on the ground that has rendered me immobile from going anywhere outside of walking distance from my apartment. Being the ghetto bachelor that I am, I have no food to eat and was barely home long enough this weekend for my mom give me food to stock up for the upcoming week. So, after the horrendous hour I spent outside this morning trying to get my car to go 5 meters from my parking spot to the middle of the parking lot and back, I bundled up and set out on foot in hopes to find food.
Andy, a much more prepared player of life, had food but decided to join me on my hunt for red october hot food. On my way, I took my canon point and shoot with me to see what mother nature would offer, or document my demise.. whichever.
This is the corner of No.3 and Jones. Snow is like make up, it turns uggos into hottehz.
One of the entrances into Brighouse Park on No.3 and Granville.
My car death trap parking lot. Looks peaceful enough.. but it’s a flagrant lie.
Long awaited food. Seriously the hugest bowl quality pho I’ve ever had. The waiter even commented on it’s size to me, or maybe he wanted to sex me up. Who knows. I’ve been getting hit on by many a restaurant worker all week.. this was the first dong though. Still, I’ll count this as a blessing as I’ve had no truckers make a pass at me all year, yay!
Anson’s Bench. I took this over the weekend when the sky started to fall in heaps of white, hellish beauty. Bmike, Rick and Paddy took me to the bench that they all got for him in his memory, and it’s a really nice spot. As we got there, 15 ducks swam away from us on the icy cold pond which was kind of cool considering it was 3am in the morning. I had an idea to take a picture of the bench with snow etc but have it look a lot warmer and more inviting.. picture a family gathering around a wood fire, except outside. Too bad I couldn’t get Rick or Bmike to look warm and inviting in -13C feeling weather.
Until next time. Nikon SB-900, I want you so hard right now.
